Types of consultation

If you are a visitor to Siem Reap and feel unwell or need your chronic condition attended to, our doctor can visit you in your hotel room.

If you feel you are not up to visiting us in our clinic and feel unwell or prefer extra privacy, our doctor will visit you at home for a medical assessment.

If you cannot or prefer not to travel to our clinic, you can book a teleconsultation. Singjaya TeleDoc Service is also available to patients residing outside of Siem Reap. Our doctor will contact you using a video call through Telegram or WhatsApp, depending on your preference. Singjaya TeleDoc Service teleconsultations are convenient and effcient. Please note that depending on your symptoms and medical issues a physical examination by our doctor or blood tests may be required which will necessitate either you come to our clinic or our doctor doing a home visit consultation at your home or hotel.

First, our nurse will record your vital signs (height, weight, BMI, temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level) and you will be assessed by our doctor. Depending on your medical issue, our doctor may order blood investigations or x-rays / scans. We work with an accredited laboratory which is next door and does not require you to travel anywhere for blood tests. You can purchase most of the required medications directly from our clinic. Those medications that are not available in our clinic, can be purchased in the pharmacy we collaborate with. We have verified that the pharmacy has the necessary accreditations and storage facilities to ensure the quality of dispensed medications. Apart from European standards of care provided by our team, our clinic also differentiates itself from many others by clear communication with patients and their families. During a consultation, our doctors will take time to explain what their plan of investigations and treatment is and they will take into consideration patient’s expectations and values as well as their budget.
